Care System Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care System Trainer to join our Care Quality team at Runwood Homes. As a Care System Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our PCS (Person Centered Software) system across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver informative training to our team members to ensure a smooth transition to the PCS system
  • Support the roll-out of the PCS system across the group
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the PCS system and its applications
  • Collaborate with our Care Quality team to ensure the effective use of the PCS system

Requirements:

  • Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans
  • Knowledge of the PCS system and its applications
  • Care plan knowledge and experience
  • Experience in writing and delivering training
  • Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of the care act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform
