We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Respiratory Care Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team within the Adult Cardiorespiratory Enhanced and Responsive Service (ACERS). This role is designed for those passionate about long-term respiratory management and rehabilitation.
Role Highlights
This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with patients experiencing chronic respiratory conditions, focusing on their rehabilitation and management within both acute and community environments. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing respiratory challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality respiratory physiotherapy services as part of the ACERS team.
- Support patients with chronic respiratory diseases, providing tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in the supervision and mentorship of junior staff and students.
- Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC. Experience at a similar level, particularly in managing chronic respiratory conditions, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
