Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing subcontract administration for the delivery of the works, including design, site set-up, civils, and marine works.
  • Assisting in the management of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Providing cost and value reporting to stakeholders, including the main contractor and project sponsors.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of project change management procedures.
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
