Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our team at a growing regional firm. As a Family Law Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our firm as a Family Law Legal Assistant. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Family Law team, including preparing court documents, managing files, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Family Law team, including preparing court documents and managing files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, including responding to inquiries and providing updates on case progress.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, including pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a Family Law environment, preferably as a Secretary/Assistant or Paralegal.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
