Themis Recruit is seeking a dedicated Family Law Practitioner to manage a diverse portfolio of privately funded family law cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in various family law areas including matrimonial financial relief, private children matters, nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, and injunctive relief.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a personal caseload of family law issues.
- Ensure timely and relevant legal counsel is provided to clients, maintaining regular communication and managing their expectations effectively.
- Maintain accurate oversight of work in progress, billing, and cash collection.
- Draft and prepare essential legal documents.
- Engage in networking and business development activities.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and fulfill necessary training requirements as mandated by the Law Society/CILEX and internal training programs.
- Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by senior management or partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience as a Family Law Practitioner.
