About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Commercial team, helping expand our network of airports and partners across Europe and beyond. This role is essential in driving top-of-funnel opportunities, working closely with Commercial Managers to support sales administrative duties at all stages of the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, data-driven approach to achieving individual and team targets. They will be enthusiastic about pursuing a career in SaaS platform sales and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with Airport IT and Operations teams through outbound calls, emails, social media, and in-person events.
- Communicate AeroCloud's technology and its real-world applications in transforming airport operations.
- Book five Discovery and Introductory meetings per week for your colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Commercial Managers to ensure alignment in sales efforts and objectives.
- Support Commercial Managers by handling sales administrative duties across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Partner with the Marketing team on outreach activities to ensure a consistent and integrated approach.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data input into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for your assigned areas.
- Continuously seek and implement innovative ways to improve the sales process and outreach methods.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product and service teams.
- Represent AeroCloud at international conferences and exhibitions, building relationships and promoting our brand.
