About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Connells Group. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lettings business, ensuring exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants, and driving business growth through effective leadership and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of our lettings portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient processing of rental applications and tenancy agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of property professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a property management or lettings role, with a strong understanding of the UK property market.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
