About the Role

The National Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Project Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of the Mournes Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project team members, external partners, and internal specialists.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and action plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data management and sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
