About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Mournes Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project manager in coordinating various workstreams and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and share data, engage with the community, and provide project reporting.
  • Assist with procurement and budget management, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and specialists, to achieve project objectives.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confidence in working with a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues and external partners.
