- Maximise profit and minimise loss by optimising workforce scheduling and analysing customer metric and centre performance data.
- Deliver against sales margin and profit targets by exceeding customer metrics targets through effective management.
- Develop colleagues through delivery of technical training and coaching.
- Manage capability and performance, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards.
- Labour force scheduling and time management skills are essential for this role.
- Experience of managing teams and delivering against sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- IT proficiency, with experience of using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A current full valid driving licence.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £41,000 per annum.
- An average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year.
