About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Fitter to join our team at ERIKS. As an Electro Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to a wide range of industrial equipment, including AC and DC motors, motorized gearboxes, pumps, fan units, and other associated rotating equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and rectification of defects and worn/damaged components.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of equipment specifications, technical manuals, and industry standards.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electro mechanical fitting and repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
