About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Fitter to join our team at ERIKS. As an Electro Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to all types of industrial equipment, including AC and DC motors, motorised gearboxes, pumps, fan units, and other associated rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and rectification of defects and worn/damaged components
  • Basic electrical testing capability to assess electrical condition of AC & DC components
  • Sound mechanical engineering knowledge to identify and rectify faulty and worn/damaged components
  • Pump experience, including hot oil and water, and basic hydraulic knowledge

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4pm

Friday: 8am - 4pm

Weekly hours: 39

Breaks: 45 minutes

  • Flexibility to work in a demanding and busy 24/7 service-oriented environment
  • Participation in call-out rota as required
  • Ability to work on site in addition to the workshop when required
