This role is situated within a dynamic office environment that encompasses various departments, including Transport, Network, and Warehouse Administration. It is a bustling workplace that thrives on collaboration and efficiency.
Shift Details:
The position operates on a rotating shift schedule, ensuring flexibility and coverage throughout the operational hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing the in-house Traffic Management System and collaborating with Network Partners to monitor deliveries until they reach their final destination.
- Ensuring timely delivery and proactively communicating any issues to customers.
- Managing a high volume of customer inquiries through phone and email channels.
- Coordinating with the Traffic Department to relay updates or changes in the system, such as pallet quantities or scheduling adjustments.
- Verifying Network Partners' systems to confirm that all pallets are dispatched for delivery and addressing any discrepancies.
- Facilitating re-routing of shipments when necessary, particularly in cases of mislabeling.
- Handling the unallocated freight report generated by the warehouse, which identifies pallets scheduled for delivery that have not yet been dispatched.
