**Reports to**: Finance Manager
**Location**: Dubmire Industrial Estate, DH4 5RJ / Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm / Site-based role

**Position Overview**:
As the Customer Support Coordinator at Redrose Nutraceuticals, you'll oversee supplier relations, manage customer orders, contribute to production planning, and prepare quotes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll coordinate supplier communication, order processing, quote preparation, and ensure seamless integration of customer requirements into production planning processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Supplier Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining positive relationships, communicating order requirements, and promptly resolving any issues or discrepancies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
2. **Customer Order Management**: Oversee the processing of customer orders, including order entry, inventory checks, and production planning, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
3. **Production Planning Support**: Collaborate with production planning teams to integrate customer order information into production schedules, ensuring alignment with inventory levels, manufacturing capacity, and delivery timelines.
4. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize processes related to supplier management, order processing, and production planning, implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with other teams to communicate order status updates and ensure alignment of production activities with customer expectations.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
**Experience**: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
**Time Management**: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
**Problem-Solving**: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Attention to Detail**: Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of product/service offerings and industry trends is a plus but not essential.
**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
