The Sanctuary Group is seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and delivering a variety of engaging activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
About the Role:
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with older people and has a genuine liking for their needs.
- You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and participation among residents.
- As an Activities Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- You will also be required to maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity attendance.
- Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues will be essential in this role.
- We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this position.
