Leisure Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Leisure Coordinator to enrich the lives of our residents at Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering engaging leisure activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Foster resident participation and engagement through encouraging communication and teamwork
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide exceptional care
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £11.90 per hour (plus overtime) for 30 hours a week, including weekend shifts and occasional evenings
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
