Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities, helping them to build a strong business case and make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects, as well as experience in supporting the development of healthcare estate strategies and authoring business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support the development of healthcare estate strategies and business cases
  • Author business cases using the HM Treasury 5 case model
  • Provide expert advice on real estate investment opportunities and strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills
  • Competent in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions
  • Flexibility to travel as required and work in new sectors or environments
