We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Turn IT On. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert technical advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support and guidance to clients on a range of IT systems and software.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT products, services, and developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Deliver training and consultancy services to clients to help them get the most out of our solutions.
  • Support clients in transitioning to new IT systems and platforms.
  • Configure and update IT systems in clients' premises, working closely with our team to ensure a smooth process.
  • Keep clients informed of progress and provide regular updates on any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality support documentation to ensure clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and our team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and software, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 FTE, depending on experience.
