Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Target and identify new business opportunities through telephone sales
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to drive sales activity
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the sales director
- Ensure all customer details are up-to-date in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to promote our solutions to existing accounts
- Schedule appointments for the Account Management team
- Previous Telesales experience is essential
- Experience of making appointments and working in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and be self-motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
