Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 23.5 Degrees Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading and motivating our team, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Oversee store maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Sales and Profitability
    • Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability, through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Training and Development
    • Assist with training new employees, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Identify opportunities for employee development and growth, and provide support and resources to help employees achieve their goals.
