Senior Commercial Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Director to support the business development of our established Commercial team. Our practice is renowned for its work on bespoke projects, including high-end luxury residential, mixed-use, and hotel projects.

The focus of this role will be new build offices working with large developers in London and the UK. As a Senior Commercial Director, the successful candidate will shape the future of our commercial portfolio, focusing on client relationship management, business growth, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow our presence in the commercial offices sector
  • Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with design teams on pitches and proposals
  • Represent the practice at industry events and drive networking efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years post-qualification experience, with a proven track record in business development within architecture or construction
  • Experience leading and managing teams with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong strategic vision with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • A well-established network of contacts in the UK commercial property market
  • The right to live and work in the UK
