Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Soldering and Brazing: Execute soldering of small components and brazing as required, demonstrating proficiency in these techniques.
  • Testing Procedures: Conduct mechanical and electrical tests as outlined in process control documentation, ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide assistance and information to customers, suppliers, and visitors, facilitating a collaborative environment during factory tours.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency, including 5S activities.
  • Timely Execution: Complete all assigned tasks promptly to meet manufacturing objectives.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities, including training colleagues and supporting various departmental functions.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and comprehend English effectively.
  • Soldering Skills: Demonstrated experience in soldering small components.
  • Machinery Operation: Familiarity with operating machines such as lathes and drills.
  • Brazing Experience: Previous experience in brazing is advantageous.
  • Production Background: Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in the assembly of a diverse range of electro-mechanical products.
  • Small Component Assembly: Proven track record in assembling small components, such as model kits or similar items.
