As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electro-mechanical assembly work on all products, working to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Electro-Mechanical Assembly: Carry out electro-mechanical assembly work on all products, adhering to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
- Testing and Inspection: Conduct testing on all products, following drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions, and perform inspection processes in line with QA procedures when required.
- Prototype Work: Work on prototype projects as needed, applying technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
- Quality Assurance: Conform to company quality management system procedures and follow all H&S guidelines as laid down in drawings, parts lists, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and QA procedures.
- Packing and Logistics: Carry out any packing requirements and ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Technical Skills: Possess a technical ability of electromechanical operator level, with the ability to follow and understand drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the production team and engineering department to improve products and processes.
- Teamwork: Show self-motivation and the ability to work within a small team environment.
- Electrical and Mechanical Assembly: Possess comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced production environment.
