Position Overview

Pricing Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Remote

Compensation: £65,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Our client, a prominent player in the Insurance sector, is in search of a seasoned Pricing Manager to enhance their pricing operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining actuarial oversight and achieving technical pricing proficiency across the organization, which caters to over 2.1 million members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership, providing critical insights and oversight on delivery and growth strategies.
  • Steer the effective implementation of pricing strategies and initiatives throughout the division.
  • Oversee program execution to ensure successful delivery of essential initiatives and commitments.
  • Remain updated on regulatory pricing developments and relay their implications to the organization.
  • Perform comprehensive statistical analyses utilizing actuarial modeling techniques to bolster the renewal pricing strategy.
  • Deliver predictive analyses and precise forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to ensure timely and accurate analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient analytical thinker capable of managing competing priorities and complex situations.
  • Significant experience in pricing with expertise in finance, insurance, or banking sectors.
  • Robust technical knowledge of pricing methodologies and analytical techniques.
  • Exceptional numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling software (e.g., Emblem and Radar) is a plus.
