Position: Pricing Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Remote

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Adecco is looking for a seasoned Pricing Manager to enhance our client's operations within the Insurance sector. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring actuarial oversight and achieving technical pricing excellence across the organization, which caters to over 2.1 million members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership to provide insights and oversight on delivery and growth strategies.
  • Facilitate the effective implementation of pricing strategies and initiatives throughout the division.
  • Oversee program execution to ensure critical initiatives and commitments are met.
  • Remain updated on regulatory pricing modifications and convey their implications to the organization.
  • Perform comprehensive statistical analyses utilizing actuarial modeling techniques to bolster the renewal pricing strategy.
  • Deliver predictive analytics and precise forecasting to aid in business decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to ensure timely and accurate analytical outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient analytical thinker capable of managing competing priorities and complex situations.
  • Significant experience in pricing, with expertise in finance, insurance, or banking sectors.
  • Robust technical knowledge of pricing methodologies and analytical techniques.
  • Exceptional numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling software (e.g., Emblem and Radar) is preferred.
