Our client, a prominent player in the Insurance sector, is in search of a proficient Pricing Manager. This role is vital for ensuring top-notch actuarial oversight and technical pricing capabilities across the organization, which caters to over 2.1 million members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with senior leadership to influence and oversee delivery and growth strategies.
  • Steer the effective implementation of pricing strategies and initiatives throughout the division.
  • Lead project execution to fulfill essential initiatives and commitments.
  • Remain updated on regulatory pricing developments and relay their implications to the organization.
  • Perform comprehensive statistical analyses utilizing actuarial modeling techniques to back the renewal pricing strategy.
  • Deliver predictive analyses and precise forecasting to aid in business decision-making.
  • Oversee and nurture a team of pricing analysts to ensure timely and accurate analyses.
Qualifications:
  • Analytical thinker with the capability to manage competing priorities and complex situations.
  • Extensive experience in pricing, with expertise in finance, insurance, or banking sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of pricing and analytical methodologies.
  • Exceptional numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling software (e.g., Emblem and Radar) is a plus.
