As a Pricing Practitioner within our Pricing & Underwriting Chapter, you'll be at the forefront of our pricing strategies, working closely with our talented analysts to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance business goals and customer needs.
  • Utilize your technical and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions to complex pricing challenges.
  • Work in an agile environment, taking charge of your projects and developing your skills to drive impact.
  • Engage with the wider Pricing & Underwriting community, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Support the delivery of squad objectives, improving pricing performance and capability while maintaining discipline.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous pricing experience in an insurance pricing role, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and technical experience in general pricing, including trading, modeling, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with software such as Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, and Python, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
