Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare Sector - Full-time (On-site)

Salary Range: £26,204 to £30,757 (including London Weighting)

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our dynamic Recruitment Team at The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth. This role is pivotal in supporting our leadership across various clinical and non-clinical domains. Our Recruitment Team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality care for our patients, and we seek an individual who shares our commitment to excellence in customer service.

The ideal candidate will reflect our core values and contribute to our collaborative culture. You will demonstrate your ability to foster productive working relationships at all levels while ensuring exceptional experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this position is suited for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with a background in healthcare, although all relevant experiences will be considered. The successful candidate will assist the Recruitment Manager in delivering a top-tier recruitment service throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging journey for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

What are the primary duties of the Talent Acquisition Specialist?

Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to oversee the complete recruitment cycle. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure all necessary documentation is prepared prior to initiating the recruitment process. Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service. Implement reminder systems to manage timelines effectively. Produce high-quality documents adhering to established hospital standards and referencing protocols. Utilize advanced IT skills to generate reports and presentations. Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines consistently. Serve as a central contact point for both external and internal inquiries, exercising discretion in sharing key information. Maintain accurate and confidential personal staff records. Address ad-hoc information requests from other departments as directed by the Manager. Update trackers, spreadsheets, and systems as necessary. Ensure compliance with all onboarding legislative requirements during meetings.
