We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our client's team in the corporate industry. Based in Hounslow, our client is a rapidly growing business that offers its employees career development in a fast-paced, collegial working environment.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises and personnel. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting foot patrols around the units, car-parks, and outdoor areas to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Carrying out vehicle and ID checks to verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
  • Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies, and taking appropriate action to resolve the situation.
  • Assisting in emergency procedures, such as evacuations and first aid.
  • Guarding property and equipment to prevent theft and damage.
  • Controlling entry and exit routes to ensure the security of the premises.
  • Providing excellent customer service to maintain a safe and secure environment for all individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid front-line SIA Door Supervisor badge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent timekeeping and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to deter anti-social behavior, theft, and criminal activities.
  • Experience in the security industry, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
  • A DBS check will be carried out, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

The shift pattern will be 5 days on, 2 days off, with 12-hour shifts available. The pay will be £11.44 to £12.00 per hour.
