Job Summary
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of all employee processes, from recruitment and onboarding to exits. This role will involve ensuring compliance with GDPR, security clearance standards, and legal requirements, as well as playing a pivotal role in HR transformation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employee-related data and provide a dynamic HR back-office function
- Produce insightful monthly and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Lead recruitment activities and manage the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure new employees experience a seamless onboarding and meet CAA security clearance requirements
- Take charge of monthly payroll submissions and manage employee benefits
- Innovate HR process improvements and spearhead annual audits
- Advise the business on all things HR and manage diverse HR-related projects
- Oversee the annual salary review process and maintain accurate HR records
About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and an experienced HR Generalist with a solid grasp of UK employment law. They should have a knack for leading change initiatives and possess outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management.
