About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Telesales Representative to join our team at Musgrave Marketplace & Drinks Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our product range to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market our product range to new and existing customers.
- Ensure customer retention and business growth through exceptional customer service.
- Make proactive telesales calls to existing and potential customers.
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inform customers of sales promotions and new product launches.
- Maximize the distribution of foodservice, retail, and beverages to our client base.
- Support Business Development Managers with pricing, cold calling, and upselling.
- Provide administrative support, including logging on our CRM system and processing credits.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy sales environment.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages.
