About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Location Manager to join our team at Anchor Housing. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for managing properties, supporting residents, and ensuring that our communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage properties and support residents to live independent lives
  • Let properties, manage rent accounts, and deal with anti-social behaviour
  • Listen to residents and address issues before they become complaints
  • Investigate and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain resident trust and confidence in Anchor through effective communication and service delivery
  • Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts to ensure residents' homes are well maintained
  • Ensure the location is safe and all health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed
  • Support residents to live independently by working with external agencies and providing access to necessary services
  • Connect with residents to encourage inclusion in social events and community activities
