Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Bespak. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing vital financial support to our operational and commercial departments. Your duties will include analysing monthly financial entries, leading month-end reviews, and supporting contract negotiations with detailed financial analysis. You will also play a crucial role in managing capital expenditure, fixed asset processes, and product costing models.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. You will have ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications and experience of finance in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences are essential, as well as advanced Excel skills and accounting software knowledge.
This is a 16-month maternity cover role, offering a salary range of £70k-£75k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking, and medical/dental/health/life insurance. We are flexible and offer hybrid working arrangements, with the opportunity to work from home and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to operational and commercial teams
