About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our children and young people in our residential care homes.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our young people, and lead by example to inspire and motivate your team.
  2. Plan and Implement Care Plans: Work closely with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager to plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our children and young people.
  3. Manage Rotas and Schedules: Plan and manage rotas and schedules to ensure that our young people receive the care and support they need, while also ensuring that our staff are working safely and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure that our young people receive a seamless and high-quality service.

Requirements
  1. Qualifications and Experience: You must have a relevant level 3 qualification and at least six months' experience in children's residential care.
  2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
