In this role, you will be instrumental in working alongside the team to grasp the intended audience and the specific messaging needed for each visual presentation. Your proficiency in presentation design will be vital in producing materials that comply with brand standards and effectively communicate essential messages. Furthermore, you will design graphics, animations, and engaging visuals to captivate viewers and ensure a memorable presentation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Partnerships Team to comprehend the target audience and specific messaging needs for client presentations.
  • Produce presentation materials that align with brand standards, including pitches, proposals, and other client-facing documents.
  • Design visually striking graphics, animations, and engaging visuals to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Create internal presentation materials for various events throughout the year to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in internal and external marketing communications, including case study libraries, utilizing design and presentation skills.
  • Develop master presentation templates that can be easily adapted by team members.
  • Collaborate with project teams as necessary, providing expertise in presentation design.
  • Generate monthly client newsletters showcasing the latest case studies and update them on the company website.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Presentation Designer or in a comparable position, with a robust portfolio of presentation materials.
  • Proficient in presentation software and other design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to design presentations accordingly.
  • Expertise in creating visually engaging graphics, animations, and dynamic visuals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to convey messages effectively through visual elements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Partnerships Team and project teams.
  • A creative mindset, enthusiasm for design, and the ability to think innovatively.
  • Familiarity with HTML and experience with content management systems is advantageous.
