We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at a major food manufacturing site.


About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic senior management team, spearheading key projects to elevate performance and efficiency. Your expertise in factory processes and equipment will be crucial in optimizing OEE and other key performance areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, identify, and prioritize continuous improvement projects that make a real difference.
  • Work closely with shop floor teams to optimize OEE and other key performance areas.
  • Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit.
  • Develop project plans to drive the operation from good to great.
