We're seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor to join our Car & Van Rental team at the Arnold Clark Group.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with management and colleagues to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control expenditure to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to promoting the branch and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Be flexible to work shifts on a rota basis, including weekends and cover other branches as needed.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.
