We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to join our team at Freja, a leading bone broth brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across our organic and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
- Channel Management: Manage our organic social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to ensure consistency and quality of content.
- Content Strategy: Develop and optimize content strategies for paid social channels to drive conversions and engagement.
- Team Management: Lead a team of Customer Engagement Executives and Video Producers to create engaging content and grow our Facebook community.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and content, providing insights to inform future content strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media role for a consumer brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to articulate complex topics in digital content.
- Experience with graphic design and editing tools.
- Willingness to be camera-facing on social media channels.
- Experience in a consumer products business, preferably in food or wellness.
- Highly organized, great communicator, and team player.
