YuGo is our commercial arm providing accessible exercise for people of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to engage and inspire people to enjoy healthy living designed for them. YuGo’s distributable profits are re-invested into Allsorts.

**PURPOSE OF POST**:
We are looking for a creative Social Media and Digital Content Officer to help with our aspirations to increase online engagement, financial support and business prospects for both Allsorts and YuGo. It will be a varied and dynamic role for someone who enjoys creating content, has solid social media skills, a keen eye for design and a flair for copywriting.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop a digital strategy to drive engagement, generate leads and increase awareness of Allsorts and YuGo.
- Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram and respond to any engagement from our digital community in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure any marketing materials meet brand guidelines and are consistent in their look and feel.
- Support the effective delivery of internal communications so that staff and volunteers are informed of key charity messages and activities.
- Stay up to date with and monitor the latest digital technologies and social media trends to optimise our online performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
- Help grow our media database and produce photographic/video content when required for the website and promotional purposes.
- Track and prepare regular reports via Analytics to measure the success of digital content initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Proven experience in digital content creation and management.
- Ability to work independently, co-operatively and as an effective team member.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which can be shown to inspire supporters and potential supporters.
- Strong administration and IT skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend and evening work.
- Commitment to the mission, values, and goals of Allsorts and YuGo.

**DESIRABLE**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field.

- CRM database (Airtable/Subscriber)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,991.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
