Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Sales division, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through outbound cold sales calls and early account management. Your primary focus will be on identifying, prospecting, and initiating meaningful connections with potential clients, promoting our products and services across fleet management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions based on our product portfolio.
- Upsell our product portfolio to maximize sales on new customers where applicable.
- Manage acquired accounts for a 13-week cycle, ensuring exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction.
- Generate new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering.
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Cultivate consultative, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Utilize our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs in correlation with business needs.
- Maintain a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Door-to-Door, Recruitment).
- Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively.
- The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries.
