Job Summary:

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal users across 1st and 2nd line.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to support our head office and satellite sites with a range of IT issues. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to step up to 2nd line or an established 2nd line support engineer looking for room to grow and take on more responsibility in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal users across 1st and 2nd line
  • Support a range of IT issues, including Windows Server, Windows 10, and Office 365
  • Exposure to network support and Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)
  • Work in a hybrid approach, with two days in the office and three days from home

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary up to £32,000 based on experience, plus a bonus and on-call allowance.
