IT Support Specialist

Winchester (3 days from home per week)

£25,000 to £32,000 with bonus + on-call allowance

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, handling issues across both 1st and 2nd line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 support

Desirable Skills

  • Exposure to network support
  • Azure knowledge (commercial or through online courses)

Work Environment

We are a fast-paced and dynamic organization, and we are looking for someone who is able to work well in a team environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in the office twice a week and from home the rest of the time.
