The Opportunity You'll be part of the Relationship Commercial Partnership team that drives the customer proposition and products across our network of Financial Services partners. Alongside the Commercial Relationship Manager, you'll act as the principal IAG Loyalty contact/ambassador and internal partner champion for a specific portfolio of Financial Services partners. Key Responsibilities
  • An analytical mindset - able to digest reports and customer insights, understand trends, risks, and customer behaviours, and confidently communicate your findings.
  • Aware of commercial targets and understand how tactical and strategic decisions are made to reach those targets.
  • Effective collaboration across departments on a range of projects with an agile approach.
  • Experience within a commercial role is beneficial but not required.
