Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Chief Commercial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor commercial staff to ensure effective commercial administration and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities for commercial packages.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial positions in line with budget and forecast.
  • Deputise for Commercial Lead and/or Senior Commercial Manager as required.
