Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain accurate and complete clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File.
  • Assist with the preparation, handling, and distribution of clinical documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate the tracking and management of Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow.
  • Act as a central contact for clinical team communications, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new Clinical Trial Assistants.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
  • Minimum 6 months clinical research experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
