Job Title: Clinical Trial Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical research team in the delivery of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, handling, and distribution of clinical documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate and complete Trial Master File delivery.
  • Coordinate the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
  • Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications and correspondence.
  • Provide support for training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
  • Minimum 6 months clinical research experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
