Elevation Recruitment Group is currently working with a large, complex organisation who are looking for a dynamic and determined internal recruitment professional to support their search for top talent to join the business.

In this fast-paced role, you will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process using traditional resourcing strategies whilst offering new and innovative ideas to source high-calibre candidates.

The organisation offers a range of generous benefits, flexible working arrangements, and a hybrid work environment (2-3 days in the office, rest working from home).

The role requires an immediate start and will be for 10 months in the first instance, however, there is a strong possibility of contract extension or even permanent opportunities.

Key responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter include:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies
  • Supporting on high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Writing detailed job descriptions and engaging job adverts
  • Managing candidate responses effectively
  • Facilitating and supporting the interview and assessment process
  • Creative research into sourcing active and passive candidates in the market

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of internal/external recruitment, preferably in a blue-collar and high-volume environment
  • Experience of working the full recruitment lifecycle
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
