Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React that align with brand style guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and turn them into fully functional web applications.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve the product's user experience, ensuring smooth and pleasant interactions across all devices.
  • Interaction Design: Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Develop, document, and maintain design wireframes, mock-ups, and specifications as needed.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundations.
  • UX Design Tools: Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma. Ability to wireframe components, pages, and applications, and create user personas, user journeys, and site maps.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinker with a creative mindset, capable of identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Accessibility: Understanding of accessibility and usability concerns and how to address them in web applications.
