As a People Services Coordinator, you will be an integral member of our People Services Team, managing the complete employee lifecycle at Intrum. Your responsibilities will include HR administration, conducting pre-employment assessments, facilitating onboarding processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to all staff members.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements. You will have opportunities to collaborate with various business sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. A strong foundation in HR administration is essential, particularly in a dynamic environment with stringent deadlines. We are looking for a proactive and responsive individual to join our ambitious HR People Team, committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and progressive people solutions to uphold our reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming HR and onboarding inquiries, including managing emails and responding to phone calls.
- Coordinate pre-employment and ongoing employee screening processes, including background checks and credit assessments.
- Act as a key resource for all people-related inquiries, providing friendly and professional service to all employees.
- Manage the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation periods, departures, and contractual modifications.
- Oversee the daily operations of our HR Information System, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Uphold the FCA principle of Consumer Duty by ensuring positive customer outcomes across all areas that may impact our clients.
