Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day onsite trading of our global site, ensuring sales and margin targets are met.
* Collaborate with merchandising and commercial teams to optimize product offerings and improve customer experience.
* Develop and execute online trading strategies to increase conversion rates and drive sales.
* Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to the team.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand, customer experience, and merchandising teams.

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, trading, or merchandising.
* Strong knowledge of product performance, sell-through, and merchandising practices.
* Expertise in Shopify+ and ability to upload products, export data, and build automated reports.
* Strong Excel skills and ability to perform complex functions and lookups.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
